You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a refund. Refunds are only eligible for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., sent to the wrong recipient). Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by carrier delays or for items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a refund:
- Go to Mi Orders in your profile.
- Select the Refund button for the affected item.
- Submit details and images/videos showing the issue.
We will process your request and notify you within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be credited to your Miwaka Balance within 5 business days. You can use your balance for future purchases. It is valid for 6 months from the refund date.
What is Miwaka Balance?
Your Miwaka Balance is a credit issued after a refund, which can be used on future orders. Simply generate a discount code in your profile to apply it at checkout.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Customized or personalized products unless damaged or defective.
Sale or clearance items.
Carrier delays outside our control.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing the order, before it has been sent to the supplier for production. Once the order is sent to our supplier, we are unable to cancel it as we are committed to fulfilling the order immediately after that.
We do not require item returns unless sent to the wrong recipient. Refunds will be processed through your Miwaka Balance.
This policy complies with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on the website with the updated "Last Updated" date.
