To request a refund, go to the 'Mi Orders' section in your profile. Select the 'Refund' button next to the item with the issue or damage, and follow the instructions to complete the process.

To use your Miwaka Balance, generate a discount code in the Miwaka Balance section of your profile, and apply the code at checkout. The amount will then be directly deducted from your total.
Yes, your Miwaka Balance expires 6 months after the refund is approved. Please make sure to use your balance within this timeframe.
